Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MediAI, our AI-powered scanner application that analyzes medicines, medical reports, and doctors' prescriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Account Registration

To use certain features of our application, you may need to create an account by providing your name, email, and password, or by authenticating through Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Service Description

MediAI provides AI analysis of medicines, medical reports, and doctors' prescriptions. New users receive 7 free credits to try our services. After using these credits, users can purchase subscriptions on a monthly ($9.99) or weekly ($3.99) basis. Paid subscribers can save and share analysis results.

Image Upload and Processing

Our application allows you to upload images of doctor prescriptions, medical reports, and medicines for AI analysis. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Your uploaded images are processed by our AI system for immediate analysis only
• We do not store or retain your uploaded images after analysis is complete
• Only the analysis results are saved in your account if you explicitly choose to save them
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any images you submit

Data Storage and Security

When you use our service, you agree to the following data storage practices:

• All saved analysis responses are encrypted and stored securely
• Your data is accessible only to you through your authenticated account
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information, but cannot guarantee absolute security
• You retain ownership rights to your data and can delete your saved analyses at any time

Subscription and Auto-Renewal

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the specified fees. You can choose between monthly ($9.99) and weekly ($3.99) subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Auto-Renewal Terms: When you purchase a subscription, auto-renewal is enabled by default. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method at the end of each billing period (weekly or monthly) until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through your device's app store subscription management. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until that time.

Use License

Permission is granted to use the MediAI application for personal use only. This license does not include the right to resell or commercially use the service, collect or use the analyses for commercial purposes, or modify or create derivative works.

User Content

By uploading images of medicines, medical reports, or prescriptions to our service, you grant us the right to analyze this content and provide you with results. For paid subscribers, we also store your data to enable saving and sharing features. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

Disclaimer

The services provided by MediAI are on an 'as is' basis. MediAI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy of analyses, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall MediAI or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, or for any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on the information provided by MediAI, even if MediAI has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Revisions and Errata

MediAI may make changes to the services, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service temporarily or permanently without notice.
